The culmination of six years of product development for a new construction system has come to the realization of the “Project for New Social Homes”, with it we have achieved a model that will serve as the basis for, different situations, plots, units and future needs. The model has been designed to address the needs of Social Housing in medium and small towns prevail in the construction typology from plant to plant +1 and +3 equiring construction from small housing units that make it difficult to conduct economic using traditional construction.

We have worked to include parameters seeking to introduce extra values to the simple construction of ouses, for which we have received support and help from public and private establishments as from our own and external technicians. We have also studied earlier examples and projects to finally get a balanced product. We are sure that the administrative, technical and residents of the dwellings results are as expected.
